About me

Originally from Greece, I have lived most of my life in Thessaloniki before I started living and working abroad. I have experienced four completely different markets and unique lifestyles in Spain (Marbella), UAE (Dubai), England (London) and Qatar (Doha). This beautiful diversity has allowed me to approach life through various perspectives and angles and feel like a real citizen of the world.

I found my greatest passion in Digital Marketing, advertising and utilization of data analysis to identify market opportunities and maximize revenue potential. After my Master degree in Les Roches, International School of Hotel Management and through my experience in some of the biggest hospitality chains in the market, I managed to appreciate and love to work in both traditional as well as out of the box ways of Marketing.

Currently I am based in Qatar as Senior Cluster Digital & Brand Marketing Manager for Fairmont and Raffles Doha, the two new Iconic Hotel properties of the country (opened during the 2022 World Cup) and I am managing a team of 4 Marketing specialists and 2 agencies.

Experience

Cluster Senior Digital & Brand Marketing Manager
| Pre Opening
| The new iconic landmark of Qatar

  • Managing a team of 4 individual Marketing specialists and reporting directly to the Cluster Director of Marketing and Digital (and in her absence to the Managing Director of both properties).

  • Developing 360 marketing strategies & tactics to support revenue & market share goals.

  • Drive brand awareness by fully leveraging global & continent marketing programs on property & a destination level.

  • Development and execution of Digital/e-commerce & PR plan of 9 restaurants, 2 Wellness Spa and Mice.

  • Supervising owned, paid, earned Media, SEO and all digital inclusions of third parties.

  • In collaboration with revenue manager ( targeted OTAS) - EXPEDIA TRAVEL ADS)

  • Liaise with regional digital field marketing teams to deliver multi-lingual tactical marketing campaigns in all segments.

  • Managing & Supervising a total of 12 Social Media Accounts.

Marketing e-commerce Manager -> Promoted to Marketing e-commerce & PR Manager
| Pre Opening

  • Managing a team of 3 individual Marketing specialists and reporting directly to the Director of Marketing and Digital (and in her absence to the Commercial Director).

  • Implementation of hotel's inventory distribution plan, maintain updated rates and inventory allotments in all electronic channels in a timely manner and promote rate parity throughout the differnet booking channels.

  • Responsible for all digital paid campaigns (social media targeting ads, dynamic and reactive google ads and search ads, expedia travel ads etc.).

  • Supervising owned Media, Paid ads, SEO and all digital inclusions of third parties - reporting analytics across all digital metrics.

  • OTAs and Owned media content management – Supervision of all Social Media property’s channels.

  • Execution of brand strategy, hotels positioning & copywriting.

  • Working closely with f&b outlets and spa, develops communications and e-commerce tools in order to drive revenues.

Senior Marketing Executive -> Promoted to Assistant Marketing Manager
| One of the flagships properties of Marriott in London

  • Part of a dynamic 3 persons Marketing team, reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing and the Marriott Regional Marketing Director of London.

  • Social Media management and Expedia PPC campaigns.

  • Identifying partnership opportunities in collaboration with the DOSM.

  • Copywriting & scheduling of new brand photography and videography.
